Rise and Shine BD is a youth-led educational and research initiative that seeks to inspire positive change in society through knowledge, da’wah, and authentic Islamic learning.
Growth Hub is one of its core projects — focusing on Tarbiyah Islamiyah (Islamic upbringing) for children, combining education with moral and spiritual development.
We observed that many children excel academically but often lack character, manners, and spiritual direction.
They know how to study — but not why they study.
Growth Hub was born to fill that gap — to build hearts before building resumes.
Our aim is to help children become not just educated, but enlightened by faith — confident Muslims who live with purpose and humility.

Rise and Shine BD was founded by two visionary young Muslims, Sabbir Hosen and Tanim Mahamud.
Both share a deep conviction that true education is a journey that leads the heart towards the pleasure of Allah.
Though their academic backgrounds are different, their purpose and mission are the same —
“To seek knowledge, build character, and ultimately please Allah.”
Tanim Mahamud is a student of knowledge with a background in psychology, focusing on the mental, emotional, and spiritual development of children. He believes that true education begins with Tarbiyah and instilling a clear purpose for life within the child.
On the other hand, Sabbir Hosen is a student of management, bringing leadership, structure, and organizational vision to the project. His expertise helps transform ideas into impactful, sustainable initiatives.
Together, Sabbir and Tanim combined their strengths to create this inspiring initiative —
the Growth Hub Child Development Center, under the umbrella of Rise and Shine BD.
Their shared mission is clear:
